Pro Black Resin Cracks and Gaps in Prints

Recently the print quality was pretty deficient so our first attempt at improving it was to replace the FEP film. This actually improved the print quality given that before we got prints breaking at support contact points or incomplete prints.

But, we still get cracks and even gaps in the prints. The printer is calibrated and has a brand new FEP film.

What other measures can we take into account to prevent this from happening?

It would be good to know reason for this, I also experienced this quite often.
