Thats odd, default HIPS Based profile settings are the same as Zortrax Z-HIPS settings. Have you changed anything?
I did not explain it correctly. The problem comes when I slice into ZORTRAX HIPS. Attached photo
You did it correctly but I'm wondering how its possible since Z-HIPS profile is same as HIPS based.
Got the problem as well.
Extruder gear pushing in like there's no tomorrow.

I'm having a very similar issue when I turn up the HIPS settings to "maximum":
Zortrax Materials
Z-HIPS
Layer 0.14
Quality High
Seam Normal
Infill Maximum
Support Angle 20, Support Lite, no offsets
Smart Bridges enabled, 8 top, 4 bottom
Auto fan speed.
M200
Z-Suite 1.10.0
Firmware 1.0.5
Way overextruding, bits of plastic on top of print that the head keeps running into, and impossible to peel the raft off the print.
I'm going to try to back off to a more normal configuration, but thought I'd throw this in here in case it helps with the bug tracking.

Have you tried same model with different infill or layer height?
No, switched to ABS. Have not touched hips since then

Problem should be gone now, there were some issues with 0,29 layer (hips)
