Problem with my extruder

Send a mail to support, with these pictures. Thy will send a replacement piece, I think.

First time we see this kind if issue.

@pilou74 Have receive email on the 4 match saying " Hello Greg, We’ll prepare a instruction how to solve this issue. Yo should get it after few hours.". The was 6 days ago and got nothing from them. Not happy. :frowning:

Sorry for you. Resend an email. Again and again until they reply.

Already send 3 of them. and I’m getting sick off no getting any replay. It look like they don’t care any more. oh ye they got the deal with Dell. So why should they care now about the backers that got them here. Not professional at all.
