Thank you very much!

Can you post the stl model ?

thank you ted for reply,

you will see the files

No issue with stl models.

As I can see on pictures, it may be a mechanical problem. The bed levelling changed during the print ? A puley ? .... I don't know, sorry.

ok, what does "puley" means. i'm sorry i'm french!

Ribbon cable needs to be replaced - please contact your reseller or fill the support form at https://zortrax.pl/support-form/

Ok thank you,

It's  electrical ribbon cable on the upper of the printer. for the head extruder?

oui, le connecteur Que vous branché sur la tête d'impression lors de l'installation. (Avec la nappe de fils biensur)

assurez vous que le connecteur est correctement positionné et verrouillé.

Yes, that’s the one

You can try to fix it yourself, too. See my post in this link

This solution is good or not?

how did you come to this conclusion, i would like to know being that i must learn every part of this machine.

The fact that extrusion is consistently intermittent at a certain X-Y area is pretty good indication that the ribbon might have a conductor or conductors going open under certain flex conditions, i.e. a certain X-Y position. A nozzle problem is less likely to be correlated with X-Y, especially with symptoms as extreme as this case.

That solution would not work on my new printer. The head cover is different. I was able to use the clips I printed which do an effective job of keeping the ribbon cable from flexing near the connector.
