what size are the screws from the Headbed?
If you are talking about the screws that hold the perforated plate to the heater, they should be M3 screws.

had to replace mine, they are like Playdough and as well as the cheap Allen key Zortrax provides in the kit.
Ace hardware if you live in the US.. Best place to buy high quality small screws. Boltdepot.com for online purchases.

I get almost all fasteners I need from TME. Screws are mostly from Bossard and fairly priced.
If I want better screws I go for higher strength class (10.9, 12.9) if cheaper I go for lower strength class (8.8, 6.6, 5.8, 4.8).
