Software 1.7.1 don't start

Dear Sirs,

       after last update 1.7.1 on my windows 7 home premium 64 bit z-suite doesn't start anymore. My system show a popup windows :"application error       an error occurred "

Someone can help me ?

We have the exact same problem!

Please advise how to solve this, VERY URGENT!

We actually started to have the same problem today after not using the Z-Suite for some time, before updating to the new version and thought that would solve it, but sadly not...)

Unpack and run that *.reg file - its going to clear registry.

We filled in the complete support form on www.zortrax.com, but when finished NOTHING happens when trying to send the form...

This is NOT good, we need to use the machine professionally, and cant wait...

Make sure that you've pressed "ADD" after typing S/N of the printer. Form works, I've just tested it. 

I had issues a while ago with posting in the support forum. Couldn't work it out so i posted it on normal forum.
