STL incomplete

I try to print with my Zortrax 3D printer but I have got a problem with the stl file. 
In fact I work on CST studio microwave to design antennas and I export theese antennas in stl files. But, when I open my stl files on the zortrax software, my antennas are incomplete. Only a part of the antenna appears in the ground. 
However my stl files are correct because if I open them whith a CAO software or another 3D printer, they are complete.
Have you got solutions ?

Could you please attach me STL? My blind guess would be thin walls.

The walls must have a minimum thickness ?

But I think it is not the problem. In fact, my antenna is build with many part and I think only one part of the antenna appears on the zortrax software.

It is ok ! I think it is only a problem of stl format. In fact with my stl file from CST studio I import it in a CAD software and after, i save it always in stl and it works very well.
