Strange slicing problem

I'm trying to print a 40mm fan gril. 

Sides are ok, the problem is on the gril wich is very small. As you can see the sides are ok, but there is nothing in the midlle (between outside and Inside part of the grill).

On the slider it's the same isue. I use 100% infield.

Any idea of the problem ? I want to have this part full (sory for my English...) ?

Wall thickness, i think it is lower than 1.2mm ?
