question to the zortrax staff … you can do a complete overhaul of the printer ?? offer this service ??? I would need a good overhaul to control everything…

Please azzoni, can you tell me how long did you have your M200 and how many prints you did to need a complete overhaul ?
(I mean number of prints approx or kg of filament used)

First of all, I wanted to clarify that:
My M200 works and printing!
I’m a maniac for accuracy!
That said, I summarize my “request”:
A couple of days ago I wanted to try a print very complex and with geometries "impossible"...
The print has failed and unfortunately dirtied the whole hotend and the nozzle.
Then I unscrewed the nozzle and placed in acetone for one night but the morninh as I reassembled I broke the fillet inside the hotend… 
I decided then remove the hotend, remove the nozzle but when reassembling I was spoiled one of the two bolts that secure the hotend so now everything works but when I have to do maintenance will be a big problem!
Moral: I wanted to understand if Zortrax provides a service of “overhaul” and if so what are the costs and how does the logistics …
