I have finally dusted off my Inventure and have started printing and it looks like the original support material is not longer an option in Z-Suite. Am I now stuck with 2 cartridges?
Hi. That is right, there is no choice of Z-SUPPORT material in Z-SUITE. Actually, you are allowed to load the Z-SUPPORT material in the menu, but from the spool only. Therefore, you would need to remove it from the cartridge first (leaving default Z-SUPPORT Premium in Z-SUITE). Or, you can still use Z-SUPPORT from the cartridge, but with the older Z-SUITE and firmware.
