Support&troubleshooting Zortrax M200

M200, firmware 1.21, Z-Suite 2.4.0.0 (Windows).

 

Have a look at the photos.

 

These are both the same model - one rotated 90 degrees in Z-Suite (for strength, I'd hoped).

 

They're thumbscrews - just a pair of cylinders, the larger one with knurls.

 

What happened here? This never was a problem before.

Dave,

You need to generate support structures.

Otherwise the rotated thumbscrew will always collapse.
