We are facing problem with material switching. When loading support material the extruder doesn’t align correctly to switching place and misses the location about 10 mm.
We tried axis calibration and it doesn’t help. Can somebody please advise what to do, we can’t even use support at this condition.

I believe you ran the axes check, right? Please follow the hotend switch calibration procedure which involves setting the extruder’s position manually in relation to the hotend switch (both model and support). Of course, remember to also run the nozzle alignment.
