I see the price of the 3D printer is $1899, is this with or without VAT ?

I selected my country which is part of the E.U. and no VAT was mentioned.

Also the shipping costed $150, it’s a good deal if it comes from overseas, but if it comes from Europe then it’s quite expensive.
