Time for raft to print

Hi All

I have noticed that when i'm printing phone covers or something with a large surface area, the raft that the M200 prints takes as long as 30min to complete before it even starts printing the actual item. I have set the advanced settings for bottom layers to 3, which is the minimum, but have not seen any improvement in the speed at which the rafts print. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a way to speed this part up.

:) no wonder changing it didn't make a difference.

It is a pain, but it does work well on ABS prints.

When the PLA firmware is finished I hope we can have the option to have no raft and print on a bed surface with no holes.
