Unable to load filament

In front of my M200 with a urgent print … I’m not able to load the filament. In fact, I’ve also been unable to withdraw the previous one, so I cut it very short then when I “load” the remaining filament is going into the head, but I’m not able to put the new one.

I think it’s a mechanic problem as the gear that we can see in front of the head is not rotating anymore, it makes “clic-clic-clic”… Look at the video : https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2062326/IMG_1159.MOV

I’ve to say that, from the beginning, withdrawing filament was allways difficult and I had to draw quite heavily the filament itself.

What can I do ??

Probably stuck somewhere torn piece of old filament. Look for it.

Thks Viper.

I opened the head and a little piece of the old filament was here (looking and laughing at me ?), I take it off and I’ve been able to load the new one. I’m just trying to print my model. Let’s see if that was only that.
