Uploading to zortrax m200 plus regularly fails

Hi,
I see the following behaviour on my m200 plus. Using zsuite beta I can upload my model to the m200 plus using my local network without a problem the first time. However the second time I regularly get the ‘upload failed’ message when I want to upload a model again.
There is no change in this behaviour between the regular zsuite and the beta version of zsuite that I am currently using.
Please have a look at this since it is a bug that makes me as a user have to repeat all the steps for the upload of my model twice.
Kind regards,
Rob

Hello Rob,

is the firmware up-to-date (2.6.7)? Could you tell me whether you change the name of the model when you upload it for the second time, or both files are named exactly the same? If the second option - we have already received such feedback and our specialists are already investigating this. In general, when you upload the same file to the USB for the second time - the previous one has to be deleted first (there cannot be two files with the same name). But if you try for the third time then - the file will be successfully sent once again.

Best regards,
Karolina

Hi Karolina,
The firmware automatically gets checked/updated every time that I switch on the m200 plus so that should be ok. I switch off the machine after use. I upload the file from my pc downstairs to the m200 plus in my attic using zsuite in my local lan.
If you like I can make a wireshark trace of the ip communication to the m200 plus when it gives the upload error. Maybe that can help in the fault diagnosing of this issue. Please advise how I can send you this file.
Kind regards,
Rob

Hello Rob,

thank you for providing more information. Could you please let me know if you have already checked new Z-SUITE release - 2.31.0? We have applied some changes that may help to solve the issue you are facing. Please, let me know if there is any improvement. Also, are you uploading files via Z-SUITE (My Devices) or inCloud?

Best regards,
Karolina
