Warranty for store ordered printers

Any updates on this? I know store ordered printers will get a WLW warranty, but there’s no information out there yet how long the warranty is.

Thanks!

In EU warranty should be 2 years I think as this is by law.

I’m in the US…

then you’re screwed…

kidding…

I think we’re all screwed, in fact.

As I wrote many times to the printer warranty is 12 months, all the details of the warranty will be available soon on our website.

Best Regards,

Rafal

Thanks Rafal, ,that’s very nice of you.

As I wrote in EU warranty is 2 years despite what the manufacturer gives you.

Could you explain me, why all the printers that are sold in Europe do not have a warranty?

The simplest solution to avoid the obligation to warrany is the sale of printer in self assembly kit  And as you can see, many manufacturers sell their printers in sel assembly kit. I know some printers that are sold as “fully assmebled” do not have a warranty, CE certificate etc. Could you explain to me how it is? I will not finger showed which printers I had in mind.

As a Polish company, we are subject to the Polish law which prohibits the award of warranty for a period of 12 months. In Poland, all Apple products are sold with 12 months warranty (I do not know how it is in other countries of the EU)

Two-year guarantee and additional seller’s warranty are two different thing. Two-year guarantee applies only when the item is not as described or it has a defect when you buy it.
