To be honest - any Teflon or Graphite grease should do the trick

Thank you!

So if Teflon or Graphite ok, what about Silicone grease? Should it do the job or better to use the two mentioned?

Sewing machine oil

Castrol EDGE FST 5W-30.

What's good for my car engine can't be bad on the rods.

Honestly ... because of belt tension issues I was forced to remove+reinstall the 8mm rods. By that opportunity I've experimented with some lubricants for the bushings: Ballistol (special universal oil), sewing machine oil, Super-Lube Grease (with PTFE), spray cans with a mixture of any oil + PTFE in it - and finally the engine oil.

I ended up with my secret mixture of Castrol + Super+Lube.

:P

I would not mix different kind of lubes. The result may be easily worse than one product alone.
