Hello friends,
Which material (Z-ABS, Z-ULTRAT or Z-HIPS) would you suggest I use to print the Prusa i3 Rework parts?

Since these are parts for holding the 3D printer parts in place, as well as some gears, quality and strength matter the most.
Thanks!

Since you're going for stiffness, I'd say UltraT or HIPS. I haven't used it, but I've seen posts that HIPS is a pain for support removal, so maybe just UltraT.

only specific parts get stressed and these only can be made from sth stiffer than z-abs, IMHO for all the other parts using anything else rather than Z-ABS is overkill...

For operational parts I would do ZUltrat.. I believe it has better heat resistance.
I know ZHips has great tensile strength as I printed shelf clips and it is holding a shelf with 20 lbs and no bending.
You also get less shrinkage and warping with the ZUltrat so if hey need to be precise it is a must.
