Wi-fi - no networks visible

Hi, I am trying to connect our M300 Plus to the office network. The instruction are simple but the printer does not see any networks. When I click on the wi-fi item in the menu, there is simply blank screen on the display of the printer and all I can do is return to the previous menu.

Could you please let me know what I am doing wrong?

Hello Richard,

First things first, did you insert the Wi-Fi dongle to the side USB port?

Best to do is plug it in, on the turned off printer then turn it on.

Hello Pawel,

Thanks for your prompt response and a great catch - I did not know we had a wi-fi dongle. Now we have started another print so it will have to wait until tomorrow but I will try to localise the dongle in the meantime and start (following your instructions) tomorrow morning.
