Z-FIL Filament runout for Zortrax (M200+M300)

Hello together,

i print a lot of stuff with my M200 and i love this Printer.

So i also bought a few days ago a HEPA Cover, a very nice Part to make Home Printing great.

The Only thing what is missing is a Feature like the M200 Plus: A filament runout.

I found this after some research and i realy like the idea:

It looks realy simple to install but i think something like this should be a official part (plugin) from Zortrax.

So guys, did you think it's possible to create something for us??

Yes it's a shame that we don't have this addition in our M200.

BTW Julia Truchsess (also a M200 owner and active on this forum) develop a filament runout.

And yes Zortrax should offer this for M200 users also.

And I have also bought the HEPA cover from OKM3D, but there was a delay of 3 weeks. Hopefully they deliver soon ;)

I have the runout function in my new M200 Plus and is wishing for a notifying "filament stopped", this happened when using Z-Semiflex.

Soon Zortrax will place spare parts of the plus version in the zortrax shop.

So that we can build our own runout function on the original M200 with a large screen and Wifi.

But I think that zortrax is not stupid and will soon have a conversion kit for original M200 Users  :lol:

I wish someone of Zortrax itself can give us a little Feedback to this Topic.

I won't buy some thirdpart stuff, so that's why i hope, that Zortrax will do something for the M200 :)

Funny that there is an edit in the Z-Fil video just at the moment it changes from green to red :D

Z-Mon has been shipping since 2016 and has many satisfied users.

I think if i do some research there will be a few thirdpart models for a End stop/Filament runout -> But the solution should be an official Part from Zortrax :).
