Spent 26 hours printing on Z-Firmware_V1.0.2 and the prints fall sort by 1mm on the Z Axis. These prints are now scrap aswell as my time.
on Z-Firmware_V1.0.1 which sorted the Z axis the prints were perfect... has someone messed up on the Z-Firmware_V1.0.2 ?? I now see Z-Firmware_V1.0.3 has been released, has this fixed the Z Axis again?
If not, then i require Z-Firmware_V1.0.1 to get this project finished.
Maybe unrelated, but did you use a pre v1.5.x version of Z-Suite to slice? It was never officially stated why versions >= 1.5.x lack the hardware model selection or why it's fixed to a v02 HW (trapez screw) since then.
I kinda always suspected it might be related to the Z issue as the obvious difference between ZCode created for v03 and v02 is related to the Z axis: only v02 uses a redundant (?) 2nd Z value (Z2) in a different resolution.

Z axis dimension problem have been resolved in 1.0.1. Please, try that version and let me know.
I printed the another test piece on Firmware 1.0.1. and the problem still persisted (short of 1mm on Z-Axis).
The next step i took was to uninstall Z-Suite 1.5.0.2 and install Z-Suite 1.4.1 along with re-splicing in that version. And the print is now perfect on the Z-Axis ! Problem solved.
maybe you should investigate Versions Z-Suite 1.5.0.1 and Z-Suite 1.5.0.2 of Z-suite
I am still running the Firmware 1.0.1. on my printer, i will update to latest version tomorrow and do another test print.
Tested both Z-suite (1.4.1 / 1.5.0.2) and Firmware version (1.0.1 / 1.0.3). Also tested V01, V03, V04 / V02 Hardware versions in z-suite.
The Part i am printing is 106.30mm in height. All the versions print correctly apart from Z-suite 1.5.0.2 Which left the print 1.20mm short (105.10mm total height)
Zortrax, Please investigate and fix Z-Suite 1.5.0.2

Wow, that's a big error, and means that parts I'm tweaking with 1.5.02 are going to be wrong after the problem is fixed :(

I had to tweak my parts before firmware version 1.0.1. and when the problem was fixed i had to go back to CAD and correct to heights. Been there, done that and got the Tee-shirt. It was a god send when they finally sorted it, but now back from the dead. will use z-suite 1.4.1 for now.

God Speed Zortrax, God speed.
What layer height setting and material profile?
I'm noticing slicing errors depending on profile settings so wonder if the height issue may also be depent on profile/layer height as well?
0.14mm PETG or Glass I get this
But for ABS or Ultrat at 0.14mm I instead get this (last few layer not infilled)
