I think "maximum" is better than than "full", because "full" suggested that the infill itself was full... a 100% solid, but really meant the greatest amount of infill less than a solid.
I wonder if they are still planning on a 100% infill option or not, it was in testing a few months ago.
My results are a little different, with a slight increase of material in high speed mode and slight increase in print times (which is fine with me if it printers cleaner)
Approximately 50% of the mass was from raft and walls (19g), the remaining was infill. So for that part, there was a (36-19)/(35-19)*100=6% increase in infill between 1.6.0 and 1.5.0.2 in high speed mode max fill.
Tried it on a much larger part
1.5.0.2 Full / highspeed = 1d 2h 48m 281g
1.6.0 Full / highspeed = 1d 3h 40m 297g
Raft+Wall volume = 62g
(297-62)/(281-62)*100 = 7% increase of infill
Did the 100mm box Lucian did, I got
1.5.0.2 Full / highspeed = 829g
1.6.0 Full / highspeed = 894g
Raft+walls = 54g
(894-54)/(829-54)*100= 8% increase of infill
Also, I noticed running different versions of z-suite at the same time in Windows 10, the settings unexpectedly interact between the two. It's weirder with 1.5.0.2 and 1.6.0 because setting "Full" in 1.5.02 sets the infill to "High" in 1.6.0. Setting "Maximum" in 1.6.0 deselects the infill setting (blank) in 1.5.0.2 and defaults to a "Full" print.

No one said thats going to be huge increasing of infill, step by step :( Giving it more % most of the time ended with warped/cracked print.
As for two different versions running together, its because common Registry entries, infill is going crazy due to numbering:
@ChunkyPastaSauce I do not understand why we have a difference in weight (1.5.0.2 Full / highspeed = 829g VERSUS my Z-Suite 1.5.0.2 FULL 607g.) ? Can you maybe explain marcin ??

I have no idea what happened to images :(
Regarding tests, it has to be some issue with your test, 1502 / high / full creates 100x100 & >850g cube.

Sounds good, wasn't complaining, just wanted to know difference so know what to expect.
Do think it would still be good to have a "expert / experimentalist" mode where one can increase the perimeter count or set the infill to 100%; some parts are definitely compatible.

There was a forum system maintenance between when you posted and now, maybe lost during then. Picture attachments wont open in other threads as well
For mass difference, I compared high speed 1.6.0 vs high speed 1.5.0.2, where there is a ~8% difference for the cube (for max fill, 0.09 layer height, z-abs).
The normal speed setting has the much lower infill you found (~607g), but is the same between 1.6.0 and 1.5.0.2
