I have some troubles with the Z-Suite 2.4 witch there are anoying :
1 - I need to run the Z-suite in administrator, that is was not needed with the previous version
2 - The drag and drop dosn't work, so I need to ad and search manualy the stl files on my computer
3 - The stl file loading is much more slow than before
4 - The ergonomie and the time to move stl object on the platform when there is few parts loaded is so slow and lagging (the same configuration wasn't as slow as now in the previous version)
5 - Ctrl-z dosn't work
My computer configuration is i5 3.1Ghz 4 cores CPU's with 14Go Ram and a AMD V5900 graphique card running on Win 7 pro.
Sorry for my long silent, yes the Drag n drop trouble was because of the security system, and it was the same for running in admin. But the point is that wasn't the case with the previous version, these troubles came with this release.
Other wise, it still lagging when I want to move objects with more than 3 pieces in the bed of the software, and the Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V is slower as well.
So maybe I am a bit touchy but I wanted to notice it.

Thank you anyway for your answers
Generally the ZS 2 is more demanding than the previous version.
So the performance of the software depends on your PC's hardware.
Sorry for my long silence too…
It still lagging sometimes, and a lot when I copy/paste my models, even with the latest Zsuite version from today… and my PC config is “My computer configuration is i5 3.1Ghz 4 cores CPU’s with 14Go Ram and a AMD V5900 graphique card running on Win 7 pro.” so it is not a so bad config…
But the STL files that I make are really precise, so that may be the reason.
Anyway, it is often anoying, but, I need to print for my job, so I am making with it and I go to make me a coffee when it is lagging
If you do copy and paste because you want to print X amount of same models, then you can add just one model, and use Replicate function in Preview step.
Thank you raximus, I know this option, but sometimes, with particular shape, it is easyer to copy/past and move manualy to print more pieces, because of the Zsuite takes square area, and if you have a “L” or “U” shape, you will loose the opportunity to print more pieces
This is in that kind of case that I find that the Zsuite is lagging.
But I have to notice, that my STL are very heavy, that is true that I am working with 2 to 40 Mo STL Files.
I am working with SpaceClaim and I need to make the smoother bend shape as the printer can do…
