Good morning, I don’t know why but since this morning Z-suite 3.6.0 crashes when I try to open the app in Win10. Until yesterday it worked perfectly.
In order to print I had to downgrade to version 2.32.0. This version works, but if I try to update to the latest version, it stops working again.

Hello.
On your computer press Windows logo + R, and in the window that pops up, type %APPDATA% and press enter. In the next window locate the Zortrax directory, then either rename it, or move somewhere else.
After that, try running 3.6.0.0 again.

I tried as suggested.
Unfortunately it doesn’t work.
When I launch the app, I see the initial screen "Z-SUITE ver. 3.6.0.0 for 2-3 seconds and then nothing else… The program does not open.
In order to work I have to uninstall version 3.6.0 and reinstall version 2.32.0. This one works. But until a few days ago 3.6 also worked fine. I don’t know what happened
This is interesting… Could you send me the contents of the Z-Suite directory from %APPDATA%? Both the one from before, and the new one?
Also, is there something logged in the Event Viewer? If so, the please send me the log as well.
One more thing that comes to my mind - have you, by any chance, done anything with your .NET Framework installation? Some removals or updates?
Yes, maybe it has something to do with .NET Framework! Windows 10 suggested to check the requirements for installing Windows 11 and I think that in the procedure it did something with .NET Framework installation…What should I do in this case? I’m still working under Win10

Just so we can eliminate any uncertainty, try to install a .NET Runtime again.
Could you also try to get logs from Event Viewer.

The log I get from event viewer, which is supposed to be associated to failed opening of Z-Suite application 3.6.0.0 is the following. There is no mention of Z-Suite application, but I get this log just after trying opening the app.
