When I create new project in Z-SUITE 3 BETA i have avaible only Z-ULTRAT as material

correct - for the time being, only Z-ULTRAT is available in the dual mode in the BETA version. If you wish to make use of full range of Zortrax filaments - please use a stable Z-SUITE version (2.31.0).
