Z suite doesnt generate zcode

Hi,

Im having problems converting an stl to zcode. The stl file weights 5 mb and has a lot of text in his walls.

Zsuite printing option:

MACHINE ZORTRAX M 200
MATERIAL Z-ABS
LAYER THICKNESS 0.19
SURFACE LAYERS : TOP 3 BOTTOM 3
SPEED NORMAL
INFILL LIGHT  
NO SUPPORT
FAN SPEED AUTO
SEAMS NORMAL
 
I tried to modify but without succes. I checked the mesh of the stl and it seems to be correct.
 
Any idea?

Can you share the STL file?

please share an .stl file so we can perform diagnostics.

Sorry its been a long time.

I was able to generate the code but it takes about 6 hours. The part I was trying to make has a lot of geometric features and a lot of text.

I think the problem is the text.

Have you tried any of the more recent Zortrax Z-Suite versions?  The last one or two seem to slice much faster than earlier versions.

Yes I did with Zsuite v1.7.0 and with an older version (v1.4.1) and it takes more or less the same time
