Hi there
Two weeks ago suddenly my Z-suite version 2.26.0 no longer open in my Windows 10. I installed 2.24.0 and 3.00 and nothing change. Just appear a few seconds the z-suite image intro and close as fast as open.
I think maybe Windows change something but I did´t found what is. I think that because spotify appear now in my Windows task bar but I never installed it.
I need some guide please!

Sorry to hear about your problems.
Please try renaming the Zortrax folder C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming to for example Zortrax1 and then reinstall the app.
I recommend to install our latest version which is 2.30.0.

Thanks for your fast answer Pawel, but I have no luck. I change the name and install the 2.30.0 new version. I execute as an admin but nothing change.
Any other suggestion? I don’t know what to do

Please try running the app, with the windows Event Viewer opened.
You can also clear your registry of Z-Suite with “regedit”, the path is * \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Zortrax.
You can send me a screenshot of it via the message on the forum.
Look out for something related to the app or the .NET.
Also please try to open the app with the internet disconnected.

if the problem still has not been resolved - please install 3.1.0 BETA that allows us to collect logs. Once you run Z-SUITE - they should be saved here: C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Zortrax\Logs\LaunchControl.log. Please then send us LaunchControl.log file via support form so our software specialists can have a look at it. These logs may help us find a root of the problem.
