seems to be that changing some settings worked as a workaround....

Strange... This file works with the new Z-Suite version, the same that can't resolve a simpler file, the 4mm cover clip from Zortrax.
Maybe it is the infill, I think I used light the first time and medium the second time when it worked. …

I will try to narrow it down on monday…
I'm guessing normal vs random seam, as I've had some similar z-suite crashes.
I have had some models with this problem, only partly sliced - the top part missing. I can confirm that when I set seam from random to normal the model slices well again. So maybe a bug in the random seam setting.
I saw the same. Some models don’t work with random seam setting.
