Z Suite Wont Open on Windows 7 /// Z Suite Mac Wont Load Large .stl FIles

I have installed and uninstalled all versions many times. No luck. I click the Z Suite icon, it thinks for about 5 seconds, and then does nothing.

Also, Z suite crashes on my MAC when loading large .stl files every time. 

Please help!

Can you give few more details? Screenshot, MAC OS ver.

bear in mind that first run on MAC could take up to 15-20 minutes.

There isnt anything to screenshot. I just crashes with no error message. It is the latest MAC OS.
