Zortrax Apoller Solution Detection Error

Hello,

My company recently got a Zortrax apoller to help out with our smoothing process and we are recently running into issues with it not being able to detect the solution in the chamber. Does anyone know why or if there’s a solution to fix our problem.

Hello there!

  1. Please empty the solvent tank completely and then pour acetone back in.
  2. Remember to keep the device on a flat surface.

I did try emptying the solvent tank and put the acetone back in the device is also on a flat surface.
