Hi, everyone,

My M200 platform heatbad doesn’t heat, just heat to 37% - 38% up and down, up and down, and the print never begins…

This problem happened suddenly one day.

The blue light under the platform does not light up, I changed the platform but it doesn’t work.

I want to know what is wrong with it.

Does anyone have the same problem? I need some help, please help me…

Hi Juan,

Please, double-check whether the heatbed cable is firmly plugged in (both sides). Also, did you swap the whole platform - perforated plate together with the heatbed, or just one of these parts? The diode under the heatbed does not flash at all, right?
