Zortrax M200 Plus Touchscreen Not Working

I recently purchased a used M200 Plus, and after unboxing it and plugging everything in, it appears the touchscreen is not working properly. The display itself seems to display everything fine, but the touch functionality is not working as expected. Sometimes it will randomly jump through menus without any input at all, sometimes it won’t respond to touch presses at all, sometimes it will respond, but very rarely and often not where on the screen I touched.

As this is the first time setting it up on my end, I’m unable to use it to connect to Wi-Fi or ethernet or control it via the touchscreen.

I went through the instructions here, but they did not resolve the issue: Troubleshooting: GUI PCB-Motherboard Communication | Zortrax Support Center

(Also for the record, this machine did not come with a signal adaptor, so it is already plugged right into the motherboard)

Any ideas what might be going wrong?

Edit: Probably worth mentioning, I realize this is a used printer and probably out of warranty, but I am willing to purchase whatever spare parts are available in an attempt to fix this, if necessary. Just looking for guidance.

Ah, I think I was able to identify the issue.

It appears one of the ribbon cables that connects the touch screen to the board has been folded in half under the adhesive that held the screen to the front of the printer. The pressure from the sharp fold appears to have caused the cable to split in two, almost entirely.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to get a replacement display/touchscreen?
