zortrax problem with heating platform and cancel printing

first sorry for my english.

My name is ben ,i come from belgium.

problem one

the heating platform stop at 93% after the heat goes back to 72%

i have to restart the zortrax sometimes 3 times.

problem two

the zortrax cancel printing at the beginning 

and the platform goes down . that's all.

please , little help is welcome.

i try again a another objet but same result

i had to say i received my printer zortrax

I say a big thank to zortrax support

it was just de SD card

i use another sd card and

the zortrax print well
