Just bought a new M200PLUS and some Z PLA PRO spools,
problem is it wont print anything with the zpla pro, what is the problem? Everything is original out of the box and i used the ZPLA PRO profiles found in the software.

Are you able to load the material successfully?
Do you see any skipping of the extruder motor while printing?
