I'm cleaning hotend and nozzle, but when I finish I will downgrade FW to official 0.0.4 and give another try, this time with "save as".
I did downgrade to official 0.0.4, and pause.... works :)
All this was the zSuite issue. Please use "save as"

I found that those clips print a whole lot better and the support is much easier to remove if you print them sideways. In your example, rotate the part by 90° in ZSuite along the X or Y axis.
I'm finding that choosing the best part orientation in a print can make a huge difference in the quality of the printed part.

Hey zExperts can someone help me?
I tried to instal the 0.0.4 Version of the Firmware and it didn’t workted correctly.
First it tells me "update found" then it says "update done". Good so far.
Then nothing happens and when i restart the printer there is says just "Zortrax Bootloader V1" and nothing else happens. Even if i remove the sd card and restart again it always says the same.
I have Hardware Version 1.
Does someone can help me with this problem?
