Aluminium Sheet: 5251 H22 - 3.0 mm - 240mm x 240mm
Here’s another picture of the test. As you can see the bottom is open and the walls are 5mm thick.
You could try thinner walls and printing in two parts (seperate the roof).

Just thought I would update this thread a bit.
My posts starting at #32 will give you a solution to warping (if you have that problem).
Been printing using this setup since that post, and have had virtually no warping at all!
I now have zero maintenance on the perforated plate, and do not have to go through the pita process of removing plate to clean underneath it.
I also have never had to calibrate the bed since doing the mods, and I remove the bed every time to get the prints off. The connectors are a bit fragile, but touch wood, have had no problems.

The parts on the picture you show at #32 should not warp at all in an original M200 setup.
The part (mold) shown in that other actual thread in the forum would be the real test for your setup (wich I think would fail).
The point with your aluminum / perfboard V1 combi is a good one, better heat conductance than with perfboard V2 and equal or better stability than perfboard V2.
