My Z-Suite sends the print file but my Inkspire doesnt receive it

I have used my Inkspire for a couple of months now however the last 2 month not.

Today I started it up, all seems fine.

I prepare my print and send it.
Z-Suite works as always and I send it to my Inkspire.
But the printer doesnt receive the print and thus does not start.

I have updated, restarted, retested
Nothing helps

What firmware version do you have?

Please send us the file you’re trying to print.

We’ll check that.
