Why is there no WLAN MODUL with the new delivery with the v2 noozle?

I used SD card since year and I didn’t got any legs disease from it. Looking at Zortrax website nothing about wifi is there anymore and I don’t feel fooled I ordered my printer when wifi was at description and I got wifi… module :smiley: I can shipping it if anyone need so much to use wifi with his M200 just for postal charge :wink:

I do not know if sd card connectors are reliable but I prefer leaving the sd card Inside the m200, so nothing can fall Inside the connector hole.

If officialy confirmed, sorry, but I will have a problem: I am not a kickstarter early adopter, I bough my m200 5 months ago, product was released and distributed all arround the world, and when I did, Wifi or 50 microns were in product description, ok, “availabale in future update”, but  they were present (it was not “migth be available”, or “would be”), now they aren’t anymore, but I stil want them, with no other cost (not as the  hotend v2 for Z-Glass, they should be happy I had no issue printing it with my V1)

This way there is no wear on the internal SD card slot…and you can place the other end somewhere outside of the enclosure…away from debris, etc.

And if it’s worn out it’s easy and cheap to replace.

I bought off Kickstarter because they support Mac, plus the Printers ability to reach temperatures to extrude PC where other printers could not, plus  the price was right for the quality of prints.

I understand how people feel cheated but you don't have to be mean to those who don't.

Let me put this more clear, I'm not feeling cheated. I was ok using SD card, I'm not mad with Zortrax on this issue but I was fed up with ironic fanboys.

Sometime we have to be not nice with not nice people.

BTW I usually was knowing to be a nice guy, what isn't always a nice thing.

Indeed, that's not a mistake to be nice, but to be as this with every body is.

To be clear, I, as every one here, have been able to use (and enjoy) my m200 as it is, but I have difficulties to accept being fooled. I did not appreciate the hotend V2 policy, and I do hope they won't do the same thing again with other features.

Nevertheless, I still wait for Zortrax to give an answer, and I am a bit surprised they did not reply yet.

Well, after this statement I expected something like this (silent withdrawal of WiFi).

Comunity Managers statement: 

Next week I will request a official statement from the reseller about this and announce to them that I will request my money back + expenses.

The V2 Hotend / Z-Glass story will be added as well and the german consumer rights watch will be noticed about this consumer fraud.

Finally someone with guts!, Does any one else feels this way or are you all happy that we have being lied to.

Nevertheless, I still wait for Zortrax to give an answer, and I am a bit surprised they did not reply yet.

Yes I am german.

I bought the M200 also because of the 25-50 micron layers AND PLA: I wanted to print lithophane lamps with it and those look best with white PLA.

Also the Wifi connection is nice, I'm sure Zortrax will get these features to us. They promised them on the website and at retailers. We just have to be patient :)

I'm sorry I was joking, it's now weekend. Maybe Zortrax will comment on this next week.

I think I can afford it because I ordered the M200 - with wifi - there is 18 months and it still does not work ...

You are aware that Z-Renegade is right: your broken promises puts you in a legally untenable position.

But be sure that I will not venture to announce the official statement about the wifi in your place (though it would be hard to go wrong ! )

Hello Chris, I have two weeks more with M200, so far a like the prints, But I would like to hear about the other promises like the  25-50 micron layers capability. When you say soon that can mean weeks or months based on prior track record. Can we get the announcement this week , you guys already know the answer, don't make us way more time. I want to keep the machine but I need to have faith that Zortrax is a customer friendly company. Thank you.

P.S I think that you will probably need to send the FlashAir WiFi SD card to everyone to take care of the WiFi.

Seems I cannot use irony and turn this topic into laugh so then I should join to CSI team which investigate where and if wifi is inside or to  petition team of weirdos willing to refund printers because without wifi they cannot 3D print anything :D this is good way irony is bad? Sometimes I think that Ultimaker or Makerbot sent you guys here to damage Zortrax company. From fans and customers forum it turn to always complaints forum.

FlashAir is good idea they should also include V2 hotend, platform and spool of every material to keep your guys happy and cut spending for software and materials research  :wink:

I can exchange your Zortrax to my Makerbot 5’th it have somehow working wifi but not working printing after my romance with mb I understand that the most important with printer is to have working printing nothing else matter  :slight_smile:

I personally don't care what you think, I just complained about product features that have been offered to me wich are not available after months and about customer rights that have been violated not only once by Zortrax.

For myself I can state that I do not earn any cent related to 3D printing and are not in any business relations to any company related to 3D printing anywhere.

That is not the point here, it's about delivering on promises and having faith that the company will take good care of you. Here in the USA we are used to very good customer service. Here the customer is king. I can purchase a HD TV from the Costo and return it 3 month later and no question asked. Maybe the rest of the world is not use to good customer service.?

I earn every cent from 3D printing maybe here is difference and my daily job is to maintenance and print. If you go into professional 3D printers world worth xx-xxx thousands there you will have your customer rights :smiley: rights to pay even for single software update and rights to waiting 4 months for replacement parts :wink: This is why zortrax is my top 1 from all printers which I owe because they doing it right and take customers serious which seems to be abused.

Are you serious? If this is my company then you will get lawsuit for sentences like a this.

I don't go there, why should I? It's all about M200 in this forum, a printer for Home, Office and Schools. But nice that you leave Olymp and visit us here in our simple 3D lifes Mr. 3D Zeus.

No, actually I could not take you serious. But regarding the law suit, I would bet that most probably the owners of Zortrax are more clever owners of their company than you and will not please me in a way like that.

And what are you always talking about Makerbot here? This is the Zortrax forum and this topic is about missing product options of the M200.
