This screen is presented after the software update in March
Tried some methods but no improvement
- Delete Z-Suite_v2.14.0_Win and turn off the computer, then reinstall Z-Suite_v2.14.0_Win
- Delete Z-Suite_v2.14.0_Win and turn off the computer, then reinstall Z-Suite_v2.10.0_Win
Is there any suggested way to solve the problem

Are you able to start 2.12.3 or any other version? What is your system version?
Make sure you have latest .NET Framework and Visual C++ 2013 and 2017 installed. Also, do you have two graphics cards installed? If yes - please, disable one. Most probably this is the cause of the problem.

I found the problem
I have two graphics cards
A: The display card of the computer itself
B: Expanded graphics card
At first,DP cable was plugged in A
The problem was solved after plugging the DP line in B.
